Here is the playlist from last Saturday… funny that it was a class with the theme of staying grounded and rooted to the earth, and everything was such a jumble! I forgot my notebooks including class notes and itunes was NOT cooperating with my playlist editing. So we just went with what the universe handed us and ended up feeling exactly what we needed to.
